Reolink WiFi cameras compared: power, zoom and video format
Choose a WiFi camera only after checking how it will be powered at the mounting point. The models below have documented WiFi support, but that alone does not establish battery operation, a particular wireless band or compatibility with your recorder.
Compare documented camera specifications
This is a selected group of documented models, not the complete Reolink catalogue or a stock list. A missing model has not been assessed here. Open a product name for its full record.
Unknown does not mean unsupported. Open Scope and sources beside a value to check the source date and hardware/firmware scope. Unspecified revisions are not a promise that every revision has the same feature.
Wireless connection does not settle the camera choice
This selection spans C1 Pro, RLC-511W, E1 Outdoor and Duo 2 WiFi. Their published image dimensions are not interchangeable: a wider frame is a different recording format from a taller one. The zoom factors documented for RLC-511W and E1 Outdoor give another concrete comparison. The codec column helps identify what your intended viewing or recording path must accept.
Match the model to the mounting point
- If you need adjustable optical framing, start with RLC-511W and E1 Outdoor and compare the zoom records. An unknown zoom cell for another model does not prove a fixed lens.
- If choosing between Duo 2 WiFi and E1 Outdoor, compare their image shape and codecs in the dedicated comparison before checking the exact system profile.
- For a powered mounting point, verify the documented power method and the correct adapter. Do not infer connector details or included accessories from the word WiFi.
Check the network at the intended position
Confirm the exact model’s wireless bands and your access point configuration separately; this table does not document those bands. Plan the power cable as well as the network connection. If a Reolink NVR is the destination, use the linked connection guide and then check the recorder’s hardware and camera support. A native wireless connection is not itself an NVR compatibility result.
These are camera specifications. They do not establish which features work through Synology, Home Assistant or a Reolink NVR. Check the exact camera, integration, recorder revision and firmware before buying for a particular system.

Evidence and purchasing scope
The tables use the current published capability records. Each known value links to its manufacturer source and shows its capture date and scope. We have not tested these cameras side by side. Selection is based on documented differences, independently of merchant offers; current availability, price and bundled accessories are not verified.
